Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few additional business days before reaching out.
